Junior Golf Lessons

Each lesson will be tailored specifically to your game and body type, with a focus on implementing pre-swing and in-swing  fundamentals for consistent ball striking.  You will receive a Personal practice plan, video analysis and swing drills at the end of every lesson.

This program incorporates the Golf Forever Swing Trainer used by PGA Tour Major Championship Winners.  With golf specific exercises using resistance bands combined with the Golf Forever Swing Trainer bar, you will add speed, power, flexibility, strength and endurance to your game.
